These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between us with respect to your access to and participation in the Service. Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. PURPOSE
The purpose of the Website is to provide a simple, convenient and cost-effective service to consumers who wish to prepare coffee at home. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, your access, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

The services are not addressed to, nor intended for use by, any person under the age of 18, without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make purchases or other legal transactions on this website without such consent, unless permitted by applicable law. You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or that you have obtained the aforementioned consent. You may not use our Service in any manner that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, nor may you send, receive, upload, download, use or reuse any material that does not comply with our content standards in Clause 11 below. 5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Brew House offers ordering and delivery services throughout Greece. Delivery time is indicative and depends on product availability and the delivery address. Brew House shall not be liable for delays due to force majeure events or third-party carriers.
6. ORDERS
Once you locate the desired product, you may add it to your shopping cart without any obligation by clicking the [Add to Cart] button. You may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time without any obligation by clicking the [Cart] button in the upper right corner of the website. You may remove products from the cart by clicking the [Delete] button at any time. To purchase the products in your shopping cart, click the [Checkout] button. By clicking the [Next] button, the page will proceed to a stage where you will review all your order information one last time. By clicking the [Purchase] button, your order will be confirmed and the ordering process will be completed. This process may be interrupted at any time by closing the browser window.
When you place an order ("Order") through our service, an email message will be sent to you thanking you for your Order and confirming that your Order has been received (the "confirmation email"). Once your Order is accepted, this constitutes our agreement. In the event that the ordered product is not available because, through no fault of our own, we did not procure it from our supplier, we may not execute the Order. In this case, we will notify you immediately and will propose delivery of a similar product, if available. If no similar product is available or you do not wish to receive a similar product, then any amounts already paid will be refunded to you.

Payment for orders may be made using the methods displayed on the Website from time to time, indicatively and not restrictively: credit or debit card, bank transfer, or other electronic payment methods. All payments are processed through secure systems and Brew House does not store card details.
The price of each product will be indicated in our service. Prices include VAT and are in euros. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which you have received the confirmation email.
Product prices do not include any delivery costs (if applicable), which will be added to the total amount due. Our shipping charges are set out in these Terms and will be confirmed on the invoice to be issued.
If, when invoicing, the correct price of the products or the delivery cost is lower than the price stated on the website, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the products to you. If the correct product price or delivery cost is higher than the price stated on our website or in these Terms, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the error and give you the option to continue purchasing the products at the correct price, or to amend the delivery specifications (where the mispricing concerns shipping costs), or to cancel your order. We will not process your order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the ordering process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Thereafter, we will refund the full amount you paid as soon as possible, provided that you have already made payment to us.
8. CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel an order via a link in the confirmation email, which will be active for 30 minutes from the time the confirmation message is sent. You will not be charged for any orders cancelled in accordance with this term. Any payment made prior to cancellation of an order will be refunded.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the purchased products without penalty and without the obligation to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the products. In this case, you will only be charged for the cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted with the sales invoice only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, without unsealing or damaging their packaging.
You are obliged to notify us in writing within the above time period, via email with subject "Withdrawal Request" at: info@brewhouse.gr stating the date & number of the purchase invoice, of your intention to return the products you purchased through our Website. Provided that you receive our written approval for the return, the address to which returned products must be sent is SAPLAI UNIQUE S.A., Patras Industrial Zone, Block 37-38, 25200, Patras, Greece, Tel.: +30 2610 647 702. If you withdraw from the contract, you will be fully reimbursed without undue delay within 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The reimbursement includes delivery costs, excluding any additional costs you incurred as a result of choosing an alternative delivery method instead of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Reimbursement may be made by crediting your bank account, which you will indicate to us, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged additional fees for such reimbursement. We have the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must send back the products or hand them over to us without undue delay within 14 calendar days from the date of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
According to the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
- have been unsealed and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection,
- are personalised or made to the Customer’s specifications.
