TERMS OF THE INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY – ROCKET ESPRESSO MACHINE
The “Instagram Giveaway – Rocket Espresso Machine” contest is organized by the anonymous company under the name “SAPLAI UNIQUE S.A.” and the distinctive title “SAPLAI S.A.”, headquartered in Patras, Achaia (Parodos Vrysakion 30, Postal Code 26334), with Tax Identification Number 800563867 (Tax Office C’ of Patras), which has developed a franchise system of coffee shops under the trademark “BREW HOUSE” (hereinafter referred to as “Brew House” or the “Organizer” or the “Administrator”).
This contest is governed by the present official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and acknowledges that the results of the contest, as determined by the Administrator and its representatives, are final in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY
Participation in this promotional activity is open to all permanent residents of Greece who are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.
Excluded from participation are:
Employees of the Organizer’s companies
Their first- and second-degree relatives and spouses
Franchisees of the Organizer and employees working at their stores
The Administrator reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.
CONTEST PERIOD
The duration of the Contest (“Contest Period”) is from 00:01 on March 18, 2026, until 23:59 on April 18, 2026.
The Administrator reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest at its sole discretion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate in the Contest, the following actions are required:

Tag 2 friends in the comments
VALID ENTRY
Any participation submitted within the Contest Period and in accordance with the above terms shall be considered a valid entry.
PRIZES
The winner will be selected through an application, and the company will contact them via direct message on Instagram.
The winner announcement will be posted on the brewhouse_gr Instagram stories.
The winner will receive a ROCKET espresso coffee machine.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Administrator bears no responsibility for any typographical or other errors in the offer or the conduct of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or publication of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees that the Administrator and its affiliated companies bear no liability for any damage arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
The Administrator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, suitability, or merchantability of the prize.
The Administrator disclaims any liability for damage to any electronic device resulting from access to or downloading of information or materials related to the Contest.
Participation in this promotion constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Participants acknowledge that the services provided by the Organizer may be affected or temporarily interrupted due to network issues. In general, participation in the Contest may be subject to changes or interruptions depending on the capabilities of the social media platform and the underlying technology, which are beyond the Organizer’s control and responsibility.
PUBLICITY – PERSONAL DATA
During the conduct of this Contest, no additional personal data are collected beyond those provided through the application.
Participation in the Contest constitutes consent to the use of such data for the purpose of conducting the automated draw and for notification in case of winning.
Participants also consent to the retention of such data for the purposes of the draw, which they may withdraw up to the draw date by sending an email to [email protected].
The Organizer may further request from winners the following personal details:

Contact Phone Number
and their explicit consent to retain such data solely for communication regarding prize delivery.
Brew House collects and stores this data at its headquarters (Parodos Vrysakion 30, 26334 Patras).
Access to this data will be granted to employees involved in the Contest and to third parties acting as data processors (e.g., courier companies for prize delivery).
The data will be retained until completion of prize delivery and thereafter as required for legitimate interests or legal obligations.
The data will not be transferred outside the EU.

JURISDICTION
